When will I receive my login and password information?

You can access the site at any time using your WRA credentials. You are encouraged to log in, create a profile, and familiarize yourself with the features of the site.

How do I update my attendee profile?

  1. Navigate to the LOGIN box on the right side of the convention site.
  2. Select the create/edit your profile button and follow the prompts.
  3. You will not see your profile in the directory. Use the “View Public Profile” button on the Privacy Settings tab to see your profile.

How do I access the view directory?

  1. Navigate to the LOGIN box on the right side of the convention site.
  2. Select the ACCESS CONVENTION DIRECTORY button and follow the prompts.
  3. You can scan the list or use the search feature to locate a specific attendee. Only those who have opted in will be included in the directory.

How do I access the sessions?

  1. Click the KEYNOTES & SESSIONS link in the main menu.
  2. Navigate to the current date and time on the convention agenda.
  3. Click the VIEW SESSION tab to learn more about it and the speakers.
  4. Click the CONTENTS tab to view the session. Live sessions open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

What if I cannot attend all the live sessions?

All sessions will be recorded and available on demand to registered attendees for 30 days following the live event. To access recorded sessions login to the convention site and navigate to the desired session.

Will session handouts be provided?

Not all presenters may have handouts. To access handouts click on the desired session and then the handouts tab.

Will I be able to ask questions of the presenters?

Yes, there is a chat feature built into each session where you will be able to type your questions. Session moderators will present attendee questions to the speaker. Panel discussions may also have the ability for attendees to raise their hand and ask questions via device microphone.

When should we log in to a session?

All programs will begin on time. We recommend you log in and familiarize yourself with the virtual conference website one week prior to REALTOR® and Government Day. The day of the event, you should log in 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to double check your connection and sound.

What are the system requirements to view this live-streaming program?

Please ensure you meet hardware, software and bandwidth requirements well in advance of the webcast. Technical requirements are listed above, under Technical Questions/Requirements.

I am having trouble with streaming audio, I can’t hear the speaker through my computer speakers, the streaming stopped… what do I do?

If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers, first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.

The next step is to refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

The slides are not loading, I can’t see the slides, other technical issues.

Please take the following steps well in advance:

  1. Perform a browser test (CLICK HERE). If you see the video and hear the audio this means you passed and can close that window.
  2. Please review the following Technical Requirements and be sure your system and networks are up to date.

Browser must support HTML-5. To detect your browser version, run

IP Addresses and Ports to Allow for HTML5:

  • port 80, 443 (web and audio)

Other Recommendations:

It is recommended that you use a PC or MAC with an updated Internet Browser. Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your Internet browser settings. Make sure that your Internet browser is Active X enabled. Wi-Fi is not recommended. Wi-Fi signal strength can vary causing bandwidth to increase or decrease. We recommend a wired connection. A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth. A wired connection provides a better experience. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, you can strengthen your connection by finding a location close to your router, closing other applications, and closing additional browser tabs.

Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure your computer is equipped with speakers or the room where the Convention is being broadcast is equipped with speakers so you can hear the presenters.
