When will I receive my login and password?

Using your WRA website credentials, you can access this RGD website at any time. You are encouraged to log in, create a profile and become familiar with the features on this website.

How do I update my RGD website profile?

  1. Navigate to the blue “login” box on the right side of this website.
  2. Select the “create/edit your profile” button and follow the prompts.
  3. You will not see your profile in the directory. Use the “view public profile”’ button on the “privacy settings” tab to see your profile.

How do I access the view directory?

  1. Navigate to the blue “Login” box on the right side of this website.
  2. Select the “Access RGD Directory” button and follow the prompts.
  3. You can scan the list or use the search feature to locate a specific attendee. Only those who have opted in will be included in the directory.

How do I access the sessions?

  1. Click the “Agenda” link in the main menu.
  2. Then navigate to the session you would like to attend.
  3. Click the “View Session” tab to learn more about that session as well as the speakers.
  4. Click the “Contents” tab to view the session. Live sessions open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Will handouts or other materials be provided?

The event program will be available as a digital download.

Will I be able to ask questions to the speakers or legislators?

Each session will include a chat feature in which you will be able to type a question. A moderator within the session may present your question to the speaker or legislator.

When should I log in to view a session?

All sessions will begin at the scheduled time. We recommend you log in and become familiar with the RGD website one week prior to the event. The day of the event, log in 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of the session(s) you wish to attend to check your connection and audio.

What are the system requirements to view the livestreamed sessions?

Minimum system requirements:

2.0Ghz Processor or faster 2 GB RAM (Greater than 2 GB recommended)

  • Windows 7 or later
  • Mac OS X 10.9 or later

Minimum browser requirements:

Browser must support HTML-5. To detect your browser version, run https://whichbrowser.net/

  • Chrome 60 or greater
  • Firefox 52 or greater
  • Edge 14 or greater
  • Safari 10 or greater
  • iOS 10 or greater
  • Please do not use Internet Explorer, our site is not supported by it.

IP addresses and ports to allow for HTML5:

  • 72.32.161.112 port 80, 443 (web and audio)
  • 72.32.200.104 port 80, 443 (web and audio)

Other recommendations:

It is recommended that you use a PC or MAC with an updated internet browser. Make sure pop-up blockers are disabled in your internet browser settings. Make sure that your internet browser is Active X enabled. Wi-Fi is not recommended. Wi-Fi signal strength can vary, causing bandwidth to increase or decrease. We recommend a wired connection since it gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth. A wired connection provides a better experience. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, you can strengthen your connection by finding a location close to your router, closing other applications and closing additional browser tabs

Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure your computer is equipped with speakers or the room where RGD is being broadcast is equipped with speakers so you can hear the speakers

I’m having trouble with my audio. I can’t hear the speaker through my computer speakers. The streaming stopped. What do I do?

If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers, first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.

The next step is to refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

If you continue to have technical issues, please submit a help message request in the “live tech support” window.

The slides are not loading. I can’t see the slides. I have other technical issues. What do I do?

Please ensure your equipment meets hardware, software and bandwidth requirements outlined below.
